Exhibiting is a great opportunity for your business to showcase your product or service in a face-to-face and hassle-free setting. Exhibiting can help you to establish your brand, gain new customers or clients, interact with current customers or clients, get new ideas, network with other Wyoming businesses, and you’ll have fun!
Is There any Opportunity for My Company to Present to Attendees?
Yes! There are limited opportunities for companies to present to attendees in addition to having a booth.
We have roughly 15 time slots available on Saturday, September 21st for seminars. Preferred topics include financial planning, health and wellness, tips for small businesses, parenting, entertainment, and cyber security but we’re always looking for other fun and engaging seminar topics. Seminars are approximately 45 minutes long with a 15-minute break between speakers. Seminar rooms are set theater style for approximately 60 people. Let us know if you’re interested in leading a seminar as well as your prospective topic.
Hands-On Demonstrations & Activities
Does your business offer a service or product that is best understood by trying it out? Give us a shout to discuss if a hands-on demonstration or activity space is right for you. Hands-On Demonstrations and Activities are held on the main arena level with the majority of the booth spaces. Availability is very limited.
Booth Prices for the 2019 Expo:
10’x10′: $230 Concourse/Non-Profit; $330 Regular Arena; $380 Prime Arena
10’x20′: $330 Concourse/Non-Profit; $495 Regular Arena; $570 Prime Arena
10’x30′: $660 Regular Arena Only
10’x40′ or 20’x20′: $825 Regular Arena Only
10’x20′, 10’x30′ and 10’x40’/20’x20′ spaces are only available while supplies last.
Non-Profit booths are only available on the Concourse Level.
All arena-level spaces are full price.
All Concourse Level Booths MUST load-in on Thursday, September 19, 2019 between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
The above fees entitle exhibitors to the below items:
– One (1) 6′ or 8′ skirted table (while supplies last)
– Two (2) Chairs
– Exhibit Drapery
– Access to One (1) 110 Outlet
Two (2) Exhibitor Passes/Badges for the first 10’x10′ booth plus one (1) additional pass for every additional 100 square feet. Additional 2-day passes may be purchased at the 2-day admission price.
